Marvin Windows and Doors is proudly owned and operated by the third and fourth generations of the Marvin family. Every family member has been involved in the window and door business from childhood, learning from the leaders who preceded us. Because we’re family owned and operated, we’re able to run our business with the long-term health of our company and our communities as our primary goal. We look beyond the next quarter to invest in people, partners and innovative products that will ensure our success for generations to come. We believe in serving all the stakeholders of our company: employees, dealers, builders and our communities as well as our shareholders. All our senior leaders still reside in our headquarters community of Warroad, Minnesota: population 1,800.
